Dow Theory MT5 Indicator Increases Forex Winning Ratio!

From MT5, more periods can be selected than in MT4, such as 2-minute and 3-minute periods.
However, MT5's initial display only shows the same time period as MT4.
To display them, you need to follow the steps below.
procedure
- Right-click on the period display
- Select Customize
- Customize Toolbar screen Select the period you want to display from the left side and click the "Insert - >" button.
- Display order is adjusted by "Up" and "Down
- Click the "Close" button.
When all of them are displayed, it looks like this. There are so many.
Each panel of the toolbar can be moved by dragging the leftmost "..." with the mouse.
The panels can also be set vertically as shown in the figure below. 
I have been wanting to have 2-hour and 3-hour time frames for some time.
Since we did not have them until now, I have been adjusting the parameters given to the indicators, but now that we are here, I would like to create an indicator that takes advantage of these time periods.
